For some inspiration this is what I created:
The paper stack for this card is the My Minds Eye Stella & Rose Gertie stack. The image is the Birthday Girl a la mode stamp from MFT! (LOVE HER) The doily that is in the background of the card in green card stock is the High Tea Doily from MFT.
